About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling from US to Shanghai

Arriving in Shanghai on 12/6/19 5:40 PM until 12/9/19 8:35 PM
Going to Disney Park and staying at the park hotel. Do we need visa or does the 144 hour tourist rule apply? We are couple hours over the 72 hour.
