About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hour Visa Free - Transit Question

We are travelling on Australian passports and our cruise ship is stopping at Singapore, Shekou/Shenzhen, China (07.00-16.00) and then onto Hong Kong. Could you please advise whether we could apply for TWOV?
