China Business (M) Visa Question
Hello,
I have a question regarding the China business visa. I would like to apply for a 10 year multiple entry business visa. I have read all of the requirements but there is one aspect I'm not sure about.
My company has many suppliers in China and wants me to have extended business trips in China to set up new suppliers and contracts. My company currently does not have an office in China. My company would like for me to spend the majority of the year in China (possibly 300 out of 365 days). They would like for me to travel to Malaysia or the USA every 60 days since each stay in China can only be 60 days.
I am worried that staying for 300 days out of the year in China with a business visa might not be legal but I was unable to find the answer online.
Could you help me know if this is legal or not?
