Question

Hello,
I will be travelling on 12Nov: Geneva-Tokyo, then on 18Nov: Tokyo to Shanghai, and back Shanghai-Geneva on 24Nov. Seems that I qualify for the 144h free visa transit rule, correct ?
On 18Nov, I will fly at 22h25-01:15(+1 arriving on 19Nov), do you know if the special counter of this Free 144h-visa in Pudong Intl airport should be open at that time, right ? I hope it's open all night...!
