About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My enter before date is 09.11.2019. can I land in China at 22.00 hours on 09.11.2019?

I could be wrong but the "enter before" date means you have to enter BEFORE the day mentioned, i.e., the visa will be invalid at 12:00 AM on the "enter before" date which is when the day actually starts.
