About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

visa exemption for 144 hrs

I am traveling from France - Guangzhou. Then I need to go to Jinan (Shandong). Then come back to Guangzhou to take a flight to Singapore. So it is France - Guangzhou - Jinan - Guangzhou - Singapore.
Is this possible?

You need a visa, or you must abandon your plan to go to Jinan. You would not be permitted to travel to Shandong under 144 hours transit without visa.

You need a standard tourist visa for that.
