Sandra, if those are you only stops, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.
In reality, you don't need to do anything in advance and it is not advisable to use this online application because it does not have a real value, at least at the time being. You will print out your flight tickets and bring those printouts with 14 digit number with you. Also, you will declare at check-in in South Korea that you will travel to Frankfurt via Shanghai using 144 hour visa free transit. After a short inspection of your flight tickets, you will be allowed to board the plane.
Upon your arrival in Shanghai, you will approach 144 hour visa free counter where you will fill out the blue form and also present your onward ticket. After a short inspection, you will get a sticker in the passport and you will be allowed to exit the airport.
By the the way, this is not a visa, but 144 hour visa free transit. There is no visa at all.
