Hong Kong - Shanghai - Saigon

Hey!
I would like to know if it is possible to come from Saigon to HK, next take a flight to shanghai, where I ask for my transit and stay for 144 hours. Then, I Will go back to Saigon.

That is possible ?

Yes, this itinerary is perfect and if your citizenship belongs to 53 eligible countries, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai area. Please, have in mind that your flights to/from Shanghai are not allowed to have any additional landing within mainland China and your return flight in Hong Kong too.
