About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

Is it possible to get this 144h transit visa if I'm coming to China

and leaving China from/to the same country?

Like

Moscow (Russia) -> Guangzhou ->Moscow (Russia)

Of course not. Such an itinerary requires a Chinese tourist (L) visa. Simply speaking, all that matters in regards to visa free transit are the immediate points before and after your Chinese destination and they have to be in different countries or eligible territories like Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.
