Will be taking express train to Shenzhen, staying near Shekou, what's the best way of transportation?

If you want to take high speed train, you can go from West Kowloon Railway station to Futian Railway station. Then take metro line 11 to Houhai station, and transfer to metro line 2 to Shekou port station.
