Hong Kong transit visa - I am Ghanian psssport holder living in Japan.

I have to stay in Hong Kong Airport 10 hours for transit. I went to China Visa Center in Tokyo to apply for Transit Visa, but they told it was too late and I couldn't.
Are there any ways I can apply for HK transit visa? My flight Tokyo to Fiji is a month after.

Normally HK visa applications are submitted directly to the embassy or consulate and not to the CVASC. Another way to apply for it is directly to HK immigration by mail. Details can be found on HK immigration department's website.
