About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Transit visa of 144h SHANGHAI and ARRIVAL

My ticket flight is NRT (Japan) to PVG (Shangai) arriving on Mar, 03th 2020 and leaving PVG to NRT on Mar, 09 2020. Is this allowed within the 144 hours rule?

That obviously requires a visa. There is no third country in your itinerary. It's a visit to China and not a transit to a third country.
