apply visa for vietnamese in germany

Question

Hello,I'm a Vietnamese living in Germany. I have had the residence Permit, valid until 22.05.2020I would like to apply the Visa to go to China in 02.2020 but I will flight to Hanoi then go to China from there with a friend (she is living in Vietnam).Can you give me some advises about the application (e-visa, Group visa...)Thank you very much !

You can either apply for visa in the CVASC office in Germany or in the China embassy in Vietnam. Currently, e-visa is not available while group visa is only for members of tourist groups organized by travel agencies.
