Sorry if this has been answered before.

I just want double check if this is permissible.

London- chengdu (144 visa free) - third country (possibly Japan, Taiwan or Korea)

Third country - Shanghai (144 visa free) - London

Obviously that is fine if your flights are non-stop and your passport qualifies.
