About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

elegibility re 72 hr free visa

We are British with U.K. Passports, flying from the UK to Hong Kong for 2 weeks, then flying from HK to Shanghai (SHA) on 15/11 13 00 Flying back to the UK on 17/11 leaving Shanghai (PVG) at 21 20, via HK where connection time is 1 hr 25 mins, and then flight from HK 18/11 at 01 35 arriving UK 06 35. Will we be elegible for the 72 hr free visa?

“72 hr free visa” doesn’t exist. And you don’t qualify for visa-free transit because Hong Kong-Shanghai-Hong Kong isn’t a transit. You must get a visa in advance or change your flights.
