Apply online or by post - China Tourist Visa

I am Portuguese but currently living and working in Switzerland (with working permit). I am planing to travel to China in January 2020 but would like to know if there is the possibility of applying for the China tourist visa online or by post as I live in Nyon and work full-time during the week what makes it impossible for me to go to Bern.
