About:China Embassy in Thailand

German citizen by Train: Hanoi Nanning and Beijing Ulan Bator

To apply for tourist visa do I have to provide train tickets to enter and leave China? both by train .

Yes, you have to submit the proof of your tickets for entering into and leaving China.
