About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

travel with 144 hr visa

can i stay in beijing and travel to xian to see the terracotta warriors and back as long as i am within the 144 hr. i will be flying in and leaving on a cruise with in the 144 hr limit

You cannot. You need a tourist (L) visa for that.

No, sorry you need a visa to leave Beijing, Tianjin Hebei province when on a visa free transit.
