Arriving in T2 Beijing Capital Airport from Pyongyang.

On 4 of October we arrive in T2 PEK airport from Pyongyang with Air Koryo. After 8 hours we depart from T2 with Astana Air to our country. My question is, because we will not have China visa we spent our time in Transit area till our departure. How is possible to get our suitcases in T2 from Pyongyang claim and to go to Astana Air check in, to give again our suitcases without visa and staying in transit area. Thank you very much
