About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will arrive in Beijing from Sydney with Qantas T3 then take an air France flight to Paris in T2.

Do i have to collect my luggage and exit then re enter or can i collect my luggage and stay in transit zone ?

If your two airlines have luggage check through service, then you don't need to collect the luggage. Thus you'd better to consult the airline staff.
