About:Hong Kong International Airport

What time does the Qantas information desk at Hong Kong Airport open in the morning?

Is their a way I can print my boarding pass at a different airline if my airline only opens later and I want to move through security and relax in the lounges ?

Generally, it is impossible. The Qantas counter is at L5, T1.
