About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Traveling eligibility? Chengdu?

Would I be able to go to Chengdu with this 144 hr visa free transit? If I’m flying from Taiwan to Shanghai to Hong Kong can I transition from Shanghai out of the Chengdu airport?

You cannot. You can only transit through one transit zone if you are staying longer than 24 hours in China. So Shanghai, or Chengdu, but not both.
