inquiry on the z visa/ work permit

Question

I have a degree in Education from Gulu university and I have been invited by one of the school in Shiyan but according to Z visa requirements, I am supposed to be a Native English speaker to teach in China, so please what I am suppose to do. it is not very possible for you to get a working visa if you are not from native Eglish speaking countries. But you can try if you have a master's degree or TESOL.
