Exchanging Australian Dollars at terminal 1 Shanghai Pudong Airport on arrival

Can I exchange Australian Dollars when I arrive to Pudong Airport terminal 1? My flight is due to arrive at 18:25 ( 6.30 pm) on 4th September. I have researched and am told the best exchange rate is at a bank. Will the bank be open at terminal 1 at this time? Is it true all money exchange in China is at the same rate or is it best to shop around for the best rate? I'm being met by a guide as I will be with a group "Trip A Deal" so I'm hoping to exchange money quickly and not hold up other people on tour.
