How do I exchange my ticket destination from Zhangjiajie - Guangzhou to go to Zhanjiajie - Shenzhen instead?

You can change it if still more than 48 hours in advance. You can do it at the station ticket counter directly or to see if your booking agent can do it for you. If less than 48 hours, you can only cancel the old and buy a new one to Shenzhen.
