About:China Visa Application Requirements

Do we qualify for the visa free policy? What documents are needed?

Traveling from USA to Tianjin, China with connecting flight in Taiwan
Staying one night in Tianjin
Board a cruise ship to Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong, Vietnam, Singapore,
and will not be returning to Tianjin

HC, your itinerary is eligible for 24/ 144h visa exemption transit in Tianjin. You should have passport, completed arrival card, confirmed onward ticket, and accommodation details.
