144 hr visa free

Has anyone used the 144 hr visa free from the United States entering Tianjin in 2019? If so, What do we need?

Upon your arrival at Tianjin International Cruise Home Port, you can find the 144-hour visa-free counter at the immigration inspection to apply for the entry permit. The documents needed for application are passport, ticket to a third country and the fully completed Arrival/Departure Card.
