About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for the 144h visa ?

Milan - Shanghai , arrival 4th sep
4-5-6-7-8 in Shanghai
Departure on the 8th of Sep
Shanghai- Siam Reap ( cambodia )

After Cambodia ( I will be staying there for 5 days) then I will go back to Italy.

I have three tickets, all of them are one way tickets .
Italy-Shanghai (5 days in China)
Shanghai-Cambodia (5 days in Cambodia)
Cambodia-Italy.
None of them are connected. Am I still eligible ?

I mean. I’ll just show the officer these flights :
Italy-China
China-Cambodia

Is it still their concern what I’ll be doing after Cambodia ? 😅

Your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hours visa free transit in Shanghai. I just hope that you don't have any additional stops within the itinerary, especially within mainland China!
