Query on our eligibility for 144 hour visa

Hello, we arrive in Shanghai at 06:35AM on 22 August 2019 by flight from Brisbane Australia and stay for 4 nights at Riverview Hotel on the Bund. We then board cruise ship "Majestic Princess" which leaves Shanghai at 7:00PM on 26 August. The cruise ship goes to Busan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore and then back to Darwin and Brisbane Australia where we disembark the ship. Can you please tell me if we are eligible for 144 hour visa?
