About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit beijing ( hanoi - beijing - paris ) by air china

I have a Vietnamese passport with visa Schengen, I have to transit 20 hours in Beijing. Can I get a free China 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit?

In case that Beijing is your only stop in mainland China, you are definitely covered by 24 hours visa free transit. Now, I assume that you would probably want to exit the airport because of your long layover. In that case you will apply for 24 hours free entry permit upon your landing in Beijing. It is advisable to present accommodation booking that would empower your application for the mentioned permit. Anyway, you should be aware that the issuing of entry permit is always upon discretion of immigration authorities.
