Visa Free Transit Eligibility

hello there, we are arriving to Beijing from the US, we are planning to stay for 2-3 days with the visa free transit; Departing from Beijing, India, Singapore then to Philippines. Then, departing from the Philippines, Japan to the US.

Isabel, if your itinerary is US - Beijing - India, you are definitely allowed to enjoy 144 hours visa free transit in Beijing area. However, you should be aware that your both flights to/from Beijing should not have any additional landing(s) within mainland China. Also, you will have to decide how many days you will spend in Beijing even before you depart for Beijing because after you arrive there, there is no flexibility, i.e. you will have to travel by exactly that plane you have declared that you will fly out upon your landing in Beijing.
