About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Visa overstay in mainland China

I have overstayed my visa for 2 weeks, due to flight ticket fares, and I don’t have money to pay for the fine levied by the immigration,what might be the possible consequences?

Dear, you may be given a warning or be required to pay a fine. Those depends on the discretion of immigration official.

In some places you will be held until the fine is paid.
