144h in Beijing without a visa

I am a Spanish citizen and will be travelling to Macau for a conference. I would like to do a stop over of 3-4 days in Beijing. My itinerary will be

London --> Beijing (no stop-over) --> Macau (1 week) --> Beijing (stop over 3-4 days) --> London

Can I use the visa-free policy?

In case that those are all your stops and there are no more additional landings, you are definitely eligible for 24 hours visa free transit for your first stop in Beijing and for 144 hours visa free transit for your second landing in Beijing. You should just bring your tickets and preferably your accommodation booking in hard copy.
