About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hello! London - Shanghai - Amsterdam

Just a quick question to make sure I qualify for the Visa. I will fly out to Shanghai from London with a direct flight and fly back 5 days later with a direct flight to Amsterdam. Do the rules view Amsterdam and London as same "region" as they are both (still) EU or am I good in this instance?
