from tianjin to beijing summer palace

Good day, i will be arriving at Tianjin on Sunday around 7.55 a.m and will continue to BJ by bus at 10 a.m to Bawangfen Station.I need to check in my luggage on the hotel at Dongzhong Street.Is it possible for me to visit and enjoy Summer Palace after that since i need to have lunch before visiting?And if yes, what routes should i take?Thank you

Yes, you can. From Bawangfen to Dongzhong Street, you can walk north about 800m to take Metro Line 1 from Dawang Road to Jianguomen and then transfer to Metro Line 2 to Dongsishitiao. Get out of the Exit B and walk northeast about 450m to the street. From the street to Summer Palace, take Metro Line 2 from Dongshisitiao to Xizhimen and transfer to Metro Line 4 to Beigongmen. Get out of the Exit D and walk southwest about 300m.
