About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa on Arrival Vietnam

Hi,
I'm traveling to Vietnam and have got layover in Beijing, can I use 72 hr free visa if I haven't got my visa to Vietnam because I'm getting it on arrival (got entry form)?

You can enjoy 72h transit without visa as long as you stay in mainland China for less than 72 hours and have the flight ticket to Vietnam.

Actually, it is 144 hours visa free transit. 72 hours scheme was replaced in Beijing by 144 hours scheme a couple of years ago.
