About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I come from Europe and will flight to Chengdu.. I have 2h25 minutes at the Beijing airport

in this time we are supposed to meet a friend giving us our Tibet permit.
Where can I meet him? he doesn't fly, so he want be allowed to come inside restricted area. If I have understood the map: I have to go outside at T3-C 2F and check in again at the T3-C 4F. I'm I right? Or there is any other easier solution? I will have to run, I don't have enough time to do all :(

In fact, you need to go outside of T3-E 3F and check in T3-C 3F. Just follow the English signs of the airport. If you have any problem, seek help from the staff of the airport. As you said, the time is very tight, so it is suggested to get the permit by mail or you may miss the flight.

Thanks for your answer! Our Tibet agency told us we need the original permit to flight, a copy is allowed only for people entering by train.
So we will follow the flow chart (finded here) about international arrive and than we will enter again. We be difficult, but we arrive on Thursday at 5 am, maybe there isn't to much people in the airport at this time.
