24hrs visa

Hello, im traviling from romania>amsterdam>xiamen->philippines, im a Philippine Passport holder and a residence in Romania, im i allowed to go outside of airport in xiamen for 12hrs.

Hi, you can enjoy 24h transit without visa. But if you can be allowed to go outside of the airport, there is no certain answer and it is up to the officer.
