I'm a syrian citizen, currently living in istanbul turkey as a student in faculty of law

Hi ,
I have an administrative residence permit documents delivered from the interior ministry of turkey and a valid syrian passeport.
Could you please tell me if i have a chance to get a tourist visa to hong kong and what the necessary papers that i will need .
