About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can we buy the Shanghai Public Transportation card when we land at Pudong Airport?

Can I also use this card in Hangzhou, Suzhou and Wuxi? And my last question, can I get refund before I fly out of Pudong Airport? Thank you so much for your help.

Hi, you can buy the transportation card in Pudong Airport and refund it there. It can be use in Wuxi, Suzhou(only bus), Hangzhou( some taxis).
