About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa free question

Hi can you help.
London to Shanghai then to Tokyo - we will stay in Shanghai for 3/4 days
Then on the return
Tokyo Shanghai London
Again on the way back we will stay 2/3 days

Can we use the 144 hour visa in both directions?

That is obviously ok without a visa if your passport qualifies. Why do you doubt it?

Thanks for the reply, I spoke to a few visa agencies in London and they they weren’t sure about using the 144 hour visa twice hence why I was in doubt.. and the airline were also not sure about it!

Visa agencies play dumb because they make money off visa application fees. Airline phone staff are just clueless in general about visas as that part is dealt with by check-in staff.
