Shanghai - Nanning - Hanoi

Would this schedule be eligible for 72h visa free?

London to Shanghai by airplane. Train to Nanning and 1 overnight stay. Flight or Train from Nanning to Hanoi.

btw. if you wanna travel from Nanning to Hanoi - take the bus or a flight but not the train.
