About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

The time of the 144h visa starts at midnight at the day after of arrival?

So if I arrive the 4th the time starts at midnight the 5th?

My plane leaves Sweden the 3th but in shanghai the 5th and I Am planing to leave the 9th. That would be possible right?
