transit Visa for bangladeshi

hi, i am a bangladeshi, studying in china since 2017 and i have a chinese resident permit. soon i am going to visit japan. at the time of come back to china from japan as i have long transit at macau airport, can i apply for macau transit Visa for going out from the airport? if so, how can i apply ? where do i have to submit my Document for getting transit Visa ?
