Bangladeshi passport holders working in Fiji

Good morning Chinese Embassy in Fiji.,

We have few employees who are Bangladeshi passport holders and one of them is required to go to China for official training.

This training will take 3 weeks, please advice what type of VISA is required or its VISA free for 30 days.
Please advice.

He can apply for a Noncommercial Visit Visa (F) for entering China with an allowed stay period of 30 days.
