About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I would like to travel from Bangkok via Hong Kong to shanghai and back to Bangkok directly.

Can I enjoy the 144 hours visa free policy?

Yes, this is fine. Using the mentioned itinerary and being a Russian citizen, you are perfectly within the legal frames for 144 hours visa free transit. Anyway, keep in mind that you are not allowed to return to Bangkok via Hong Kong!
