Does the LA consulate offer Same Day Service?

Hello,

I know you mention it on this website, but it doesn't say so on the consulate website. I just found out I need a Visa at the last moment. Also, my jurisdiction is SF, would I be able to still do it in LA? I live right in between the two cities. I'm flying out of LAX. Thanks!
