I am taking the flight TG603 in Hong Kong Airport T2 to Thai

but I would like to use the lounge at around gate 40, is it possible after check in the luggage at airline counter then move to gate 40?
If yes, it should be go through the immigration then by the train to there OR do not go through the immigration, firstly move to gate 40 lounge by train?
