2 hour Layover at Beijing International Airport

I have a flight with Air China from Vancouver to PEK (2 hour layover in PEK) and then from PEK) to Hong Kong. I arrive at terminal 3 and my flight from PEK) to Hong Kong is at Terminal 3.

1. How long do you think it will take me to after I get off the plane to arrive at the place where I would get on my Beijing to Hong Kong flight?

2. Do i have to pick up and recheck in my luggage?
