How to count the layover time of 240 hours?

In this section, you showed en example for counting the 240 hours visa free period. However, in filling out the online arrival card, if your arrival date is July 1, the departure date of July 11 cannot be selected (grayed out). Should we just select the departure date of July 10 even if our onward ticket is July 11?

You can just select July 10 and tell your situation to the immigration inspection officer, and it's OK if your visa stamp on your passport says stay until July 11, which is sticked by the officer.
